Real Strikers Security Services Limited (RSSSL) We are a 100% Nigerian Private Security Company, was born out of the desire to perfect security practices in our country, Nigeria and Africa. Our quest for security is a desire shared by every Nigeria through Prevention and Protection. Founded in the year 1998 but formally incorporated in the 2005, we have been and are still involved in the business of security of lives and property.

1.       Job Title:   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Nigeria

Job Description:

·         Source, develop and assess business leads and develop a solid pipeline of lending opportunities.

·         Develop, recommend and implement strategies and plans to develop RSSSL’s business in the region.

·         Oversee and ensure the smooth transition and support of clients through the underwriting, approval and closing processes.

 

·         Monitor and work with clients, where applicable, to implement their business plans in order to enhance client performance and lower investment risk.

• Performing any other function as may be desired by the appropriate authority.

Qualifications:

·         Must be a Male, not more than 45 years old.

·         Minimum of BSc or HND degree in relevant discipline.

·         Strong writing and communications skills.

·         Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

2.       Job Title:   Operation/ Training Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description:

·         The incumbent will be a self-starter able to Design Market and Execute training programs in the use of state of the art safety and security equipment.

• Performing any other function as may be desired by the appropriate authority.

Qualification:

·         Must be a Male, not more than 45 years old.

·         Minimum of BSc or HND degree in relevant discipline.

·         Strong writing and communications skills.

·         Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·         Proven competence in Market Development in training is compulsory.

4.       Job Title: Chief Security Officer/ Supervisor/ Patrol Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• Information Management. Ensure that all information received is logged and reported in a professional and efficient manner.
• Manning of Security Equipment. Manning of Security equipment such as CCTV, Biometrics, Master guard and other access control systems in a professional manner.
• Take timely situation report and monitor patrol points of all patrol teams, gets feedback from them and document same.
• Control and Supervision of security activities of contract staff within the terminal.
• Definition of security needs of guards at various beats and enforce discipline.
• General patrol of the terminal.
• Spot inspection checks on all security activities in the terminal and adjoining areas.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of activities of security interest.
• Provision of regular suggestions on improvement of Security on the terminal.
• Gathering of intelligence on issue of security interest and forwarding same to appropriate authority.
• Investigation of Security breaches and reporting same to the Senior Supervisor.
• Check on daily compliance level of the outsourced security.
• Enforcement of company security rules and regulations.
• Performing any other function as may be desired by the appropriate authority.

Qualifications:

·         Must be a Male, not more than 45 years old.

·         Computer Literate.

·         Ready to work in any Part of Nigeria.

·         Should be retired Police or Military Personnel

·         Requires minimum Bachelor Degree/HND in any field/Certificate qualification

·         Requires a proven record of 3 - 5 years of Security related experience preferably from port operations and/or heavy equipment industry.

·         Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

·         Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.

·         Requires good verbal and written communication skills in English.

5.       Job Title: Security Technologists (ICT)

Location: Nigeria

Job Description:

·         He shall be responsible in the management of the Security Technology Department.

·         He must have vast experience on:

·         Hardware and software with regards to Access Control systems Tracking System

·         Panic Alarm System

·         Communication Technology

·         Knowledge of installation and marketing of CCTV systems

·         Performing any other function as may be desired by the appropriate authority.

Qualification:

·         2- 5 years experience in similar position

·         Bachelor or HND degree in relevant discipline

·         Computer Literate.

·         Ready to work in any Part of Nigeria.

 

6.       Job Title: General Manager

Job Description:

·         He shall be responsible for the management/development of the company's business nationwide

Qualifications:

·         A Retired Military/Police/Naval Officer

·         10 years working experience in security services

·         First Degree in relevant discipline

Job Description

·         Capability maps with specific concentration in our primary practice

·         Hold responsibility for manpower planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development.

·         Define terms of employment, methods and standards of remuneration, while overseeing working conditions and employee services.

·         Handle formal and informal communication, negotiation and application of agreements with staff.

·         Develop procedures in handling jobs functions.

Qualifications:
