  • Pupils dilate
  • Arteries constrict
  • Respiration becomes rapidly shallow
  • The brain fires burst of electrical impulses from nowhere to nowhere
  • Secretions spit out from every gland
  • Muscle tense and spasm like you`re lifting three times your body weight 

  • Calorie consumption increases
